If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or issue you a refund.

• For UNOPENED product, please call us for a return authorization number prior to returning the product to ensure proper refund or credit to your account. Refunds will be issued upon return of the unopened product with a referenced return authorization number. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the patient.
• For OPENED product, please call for an authorization. A refund will not be issued without an authorization. Please do not send opened product back to us.
• All purchases must have been made directly from Bariatric Advantage or from BariatricAdvantage.com
• Returns of expired or discontinued product will not be accepted

Shipping Policy

• All packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by FedEx. Both methods of shipment include delivery confirmation and tracking. Bariatric Advantage is not responsible for compensation for lost or stolen product.
• Orders sent via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) generally arrive within 3-7 days (not including Sundays). Orders sent via FedEx have a delivery time of 1-5 business days, depending on the recipients’ location, weather conditions, and the FedEx service selected.
• Any order that is disputed due to the length of its shipping time may be re-processed by FedEx Next Day Air shipping. However, additional fees may apply.
• All FedEx Next Day Air orders are subject to a 24-hour payment processing period, before the product is actually shipped
• FedEx Next Day Air orders will NOT arrive on Saturday or Sunday
• FedEx Next Day Air orders placed AFTER 10:00 am Pacific will not be shipped out until the next business day
• Bariatric Advantage hours of operation are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Any shipment placed during non-business hours will be processed on the next scheduled business day.
